If you ordered an artwork it means your purchase is definitive. If the payment isn´t done within 30 days (from the date of order), the claim will be 30% of the amount. So, e.g. you order an artwork of 5000 EUR and there is no payment within 30 days, the claim will be 1500 EUR. If both parties agrees, there could be an opportunity to pay in several installments (max. 4).

If you ordered an artwork, but you don´t like the image at the end, there will be no refund. There is only a refund if the artwork arrived damaged. If the artwork isn´t damaged, mo-artgallery will do his best to resell the artwork you have ordered.
